My name is Bill R. On July 30, I, along with my wife, attended an appointment with Kevin M. (GSH) and Alina S. (from Oticon). I was having intermittent difficulties with my right hearing aid. Kevin and Alina were extremely helpful, and listened patiently as I described the history of the problem. I was particularly pleased that Alina was present to offer her insight and knowledge of Oticon hearing aids. Together, we were able to brainstorm some possibilities about dealing with high moisture levels, and concluded that I should probably start using a hearing aid dryer. I have always been very pleased with the people and the detailed attention I receive at GSH. Thank you for your continued commitment to the hearing impaired community.
