Hi I went to granite state hearing today I've been to the other high named places twice I explained to granite state my dog ate one of hearing aids more than a year ago I'm almost 70 and can't afford a new set they this I had a pair of there product they took me in gave me a hearing test and went above and beyond to try to fit the pair to me but they were to old to upgrade they didn't try to push a new pair on me but pointed in the right direction I still left with one hearing aid and the best experience I got from anywhere else highly recommend u use them
